Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or custom items.

Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
